We will provide strategies for identifying and learning new technology, discuss internal messaging from the top down to promote the strengths and benefits of new technology, and discuss key cultural components that must be built over time to promote technological innovation tailored to firms of different sizes. Special emphasis will be placed on how small and mid-size firms can leverage internal resources to successfully navigate these changes, with discussion of the costs associated with different techniques.
