Oregon CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Oregon attorneys.
Required credits
Oregon attorneys are required to earn 45 credits, including 5 Ethics, 1 Lawyers’ statutory duty to report elder or child abuse, 1 Mental health, substance use, or cognitive impairment that can affect a lawyer’s ability to practice law, and 3 Access to Justice credits every 3 years.
*In alternate reporting periods, at least 3 additional hours must be in programs accredited for Access to Justice.
Self-Study/On-Demand credits
Both live and on-demand classes count toward credited hours.
