He is licensed to practice in Florida, under Fla Bar #454745, in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law and has practiced law in Ohio, Georgia, and since 1984, in the Sunshine State. He has defended over 300 attorneys in professional liability cases and in Florida Bar disciplinary proceedings, and occasionally lectures on Ethics and Professionalism.
