Rhode Island CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Rhode Island attorneys.

Required credits
Rhode Island attorneys are required to earn 10 credits, including 2 Legal Ethics credits per year.

• Due date for CLE: Credits are due by June 30th.
• Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by June 30th.
• Reporting attendance: myLawCLE reports attendance to the Rhode Island State Bar.

Self-Study/On-Demand credits
Rhode Island attorneys are limited to (6) credit hours of on-demand CLE credits. The remaining (4) credit hours must be earned via live CLE events or live-streamed online webinars.
