Bridget has experience in many Connecticut communities and has closed transactions involving a broad range of real estate development structures and financing vehicles. Bridget also represents owners, sponsors and lenders of affordable housing developments utilizing numerous financing sources including federal, state and local funding programs, tax credit equity syndication and institutional loan financing. While studying at The University of Chicago Law School, she served as the Managing Editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law.
