As the founder of Nichols Injury Law, Titus has over a decade of experience fighting for regular people both in and out of courtrooms across the country. In 2018, he graduated from the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) Leadership Education & Advanced Direction (LEAD) Program.

Beyond his civilian responsibilities, Titus also serves as an Officer in the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) for the Georgia Army National Guard. As a JAG officer, Titus advises military commanders on operational, administrative, and fiscal law matter. He has also had the honor of defending Soldiers facing courts-martial, non-judicial punishments, administrative separations and various federal investigations.
