Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA (Houston, Texas) has a unique background, having worked in many different facets of healthcare, securities, cybersecurity, as well as international law and business throughout her career. Antonia Dumas is a passionate privacy and cybersecurity professional, non-traditional attorney and law professor with extensive experience in various roles and industries. Based in DC, Antonia works closely and in collaboration with team members and various business stakeholders throughout an organization and across different geographies. She provides guidance and support with interpreting complex legal frameworks and developing methods and programs for effectively and proactively managing international compliance obligations (from conducting and evaluating assessments, analyzing data flows and processes, developing compliance strategies, standards and best practices, and actively participating in operationalizing, maintaining comprehensive data privacy and security compliance programs).

Antonia is also passionate about community involvement, both in a professional and personal capacity. She loves guiding students and professionals through the complex areas of privacy and cybersecurity from legal and practical perspectives. She is an adjunct law professor focusing on European Data Protection Law as well as Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Law (US and international). She has volunteered to mentor young students and college students seeking a legal education or career in STEM, as well as assisting with law school recruiting focusing on diversity and inclusion. She actively participates as a member, leader and mentor to support and develop opportunities for various affinity groups, including women, black professionals, and people with disabilities (and neurodiversity specifically).
