Kimberly Jones Penepacker is a partner with Aulsbrook Law Firm PLLC, where she is a civil litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, premises liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Jones Penepacker is admitted to practice in the state of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of the United States, and the following U.S. District Courts: Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, District of Colorado, District of New Mexico, and the Western District of Oklahoma.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association. She is a member of the board of directors for the Arlington Bar Association. Ms. Jones Penepacker earned her B.A. degree  from Baylor University and her J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law.

Steve grew up in Arlington, Texas and went to college at The University of Texas at Arlington. While in college, Steve worked as an automotive mechanic to pay for school. Steve later graduated from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2000. He practiced criminal defense law and family law for the first couple of years he was a lawyer.

For the better part of the last twenty years, Steve practiced personal injury law as a defense lawyer, working with several insurance companies. As a result, he has a unique perspective as to how insurance companies operate and evaluate injury claims. Steve has tried over 100 jury trials in his career as a lawyer.
