As a former general counsel, Jenniffer has extensive experience in compliance for call centers, lead suppliers and direct to consumer marketers. Jenniffer brings a diverse litigation experience having worked as a Courtroom Deputy for Judge John R. Padova and as an Intern for Judge Nitza Quiñones-Alejandro of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Jenniffer attended the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and earned her Juris Doctor. Jenniffer’s practice at the Troutman Firm is focused on compliance and class action defense litigation related to the Telephone Consumer Protection (TCPA).

Brittany Andres is the Baroness of the TCPAWorld and a Partner at Troutman Amin, LLP. A National Law Review designated “Go to Thought Leader” in Telecom Law, Brittany has extensive experience handling high exposure and complex cases from inception to resolution. Brittany attended the University of California, Irvine where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Brittany went on to attend Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor. Brittany’s practice at Troutman Amin is focused on class action defense litigation related to the Telephone Consumer Protection (TCPA) and compliance.

John Henson joined Troutman Amin in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, John was General Counsel at ConsumerAffairs.com where he led the Legal and Compliance function as well as Talent and Culture since 2021. Previously, John was at LendingTree for six years, where he assumed a variety of roles including Vice President of Compliance, Interim General Counsel, and Assistant General Manager of LendingTree’s Mortgage vertical. John focuses on lead generation compliance around TCPA, UDAAP, and FTC and CFPB regulations. A native of Tennessee, John lives with his wife and 3 children in Birmingham, Alabama, where he spends his free time barbecuing, watching college football and golfing.
