As corporate counsel for Amazon Business, David served as a strategic business partner to sales and professional services teams where he developed strategies to address legal issues in creative, businesscentric ways and built scalable processes that addressed risk. He has in-depth experience negotiating a wide variety of technology-related transactions including procurement agreements, professional services arrangements, cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, technology integration agreements, software licensing contracts and other related corporate transactions.

Prior to his role with Amazon Business, David worked as a corporate associate at a global law firm in New York where he represented public and private companies across multiple industries on a broad range of corporate transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, life sciences transactions and general corporate matters.
