Program Summary

Crafting a well-structured LLC operating agreement is both an art and a science, requiring precision to balance the needs of the business and its members. This program dives into the critical elements of these agreements, focusing on the nuances of member rights, decision-making authority, and financial reporting obligations. Learn how to navigate the delicate balance between majority and minority member interests, avoid the traps of vague language, and draft provisions that stand up to scrutiny in court. We’ll explore the fine line between discretionary and mandatory information rights, tackle enforceability challenges, and share strategies for resolving disputes efficiently. With practical advice, real-world examples, and actionable techniques, this session equips you to draft agreements that are clear, enforceable, and built to last.
