Illinois CLE Requirements

Illinois CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Illinois attorneys.

Required credits
Illinois attorneys are required to earn 30 credit hours every (2) years:

6 Professional Responsibility credits, including:
- 1 Diversity and Inclusion PR credit
- 1 Mental Health/Substance Abuse PR credit

Due date for CLE: Credits are due by June 30th.
Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by July 31st.
Reporting attendance: myLawCLE reports attendance to the Illinois State Bar.

Self-Study/On-Demand credits
Both live and live re-broadcast classes count towards credited hours.
