Bradford J Kelley is a shareholder in the Washington D.C. office of Littler Mendelson P.C. He has a broad practice representing employers in employment anti-discrimination and wage and hour matters.

Before joining Littler, he was a senior official at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where he was involved with hundreds of employment discrimination cases. Prior to joining the EEOC, he was a senior official at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division. As a former U.S. Army infantry and intelligence officer and Iraq War Veteran, he also defends employers against claims under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), including complicated military leave issues.

James McGehee | Littler Mendelson P.C.

James McGehee is an attorney in the Dallas office of Littler Mendelson P.C. He is a litigator who has tried more than two dozen cases in state and federal courts. He advises and represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and unfair competition. His practice also includes defending employers against administrative proceedings in the emerging area of artificial intelligence and assisting clients with Department of Labor investigations and other military leave issues under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McGehee served as a captain and judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force.
