Program Summary

Join Kendall Kelly Hayden from Cozen O’Connor for a dynamic CLE program where ethical decisions aren’t just about doing what’s right, they’re a core part of protecting a business. Explore how evolving laws, organizational values, and real-world hospitality dilemmas intersect to shape the responsibilities of today’s leaders. You’ll walk away with practical tools and frameworks to navigate conflicts, strengthen compliance, and prevent legal issues before they hit. Using real-world scenarios, we’ll show how ethical foresight can safeguard operations and reinforce a culture of integrity from front desk to boardroom.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • Practical frameworks for ethical decision-making in hospitality (Rules 1.13, 2.1, 1.7, 1.6, 1.4)
  • Preventive legal management and reducing risk exposure (Rules 1.1, 1.3, 5.1–5.3, 1.6)
  • Compliance strategies aligned with organizational values and evolving laws (Rules 1.2(d), 1.13(b)–(c), 4.1, 8.4)
  • Real-world ethical dilemmas and applied scenario analysis (Rules 1.7, 1.8, 1.6, 4.2, 4.3, 5.5)
  • Building and sustaining a culture of integrity across operations (Rules 5.1–5.3, 1.13, 8.4, 8.3)
