We’ll explore the challenges and opportunities that arise from increasing visibility in the legal field, particularly for personal injury attorneys, while adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the American Bar Association (ABA) and state bar associations.

The session will address the balance between engaging potential clients and maintaining professional integrity, highlighting strategies for law firms to increase visibility and increase visibility successfully without crossing ethical boundaries. The discussion will cover various client outreach channels, such as online external communications, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and traditional media, while ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
